Customers meet Grameenphone CEO at HelloGP session

Grameenphone customers today interacted with Michael Foley, CEO of the company, at the first session of the HelloGP program, at the Dhanmondi Grameenphone Center.  HelloGP is a specially designed program to improve the quality of service and customer experience through interaction and direct feedback from GP subscribers.

During the session, Michael Foley and his team took the time to hear about the various challenges faced by the customers. HelloGP, which was broadcasted on Facebook Live, provided an overview of Grameenphone’s product and service offerings, innovation centric activities and answers to customer queries.

Speaking on the occasion Grameenphone CEO said, “Grameenphone has reached where it is today by keeping customer’s interest at the core of its operations. We have been working for last few years to simplify our services based on customer feedback and have worked to significantly improve customer experience on our network. Today’s session is a part of our continuous effort to keep improving our services.”

Members from technology, commercial, customer service, communications and several cross-functional teams were also present at the session.  Future sessions of HelloGP will be conducted throughout the country with teams led by the CEO and Deputy CEO of Grameenphone.
