This is to inform all the valued Grameenphone customers that, due to technical up-gradation, prepaid and postpaid customers may experience temporary service interruption from 18th October 2018, 11:59 PM to 20th Oct 9 AM 2018. During this period, postpaid customers may face difficulties while checking balance information, payment information, new SIM activation, SIM replacement, roaming service activation, tonic package activation, prepaid to postpaid migration etc. Prepaid subscribers may face SIM replacement and reconnection problems. Notice: Unused connections for more than 15 months will be deactivated
This is to inform that Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid connections, which are unused since 24th June, 2017 or before, will be permanently de-activated after 3 (Three) month of publishing this notice. Please note that-
- According to the ‘Subscription Agreement’ executed with the subscriber, Grameenphone will retain the ownership of the connections de-activated permanently.
- The previous subscriber will no longer be able to use/replace/recharge or claim ownership of such permanently de-activated connections.
- Grameenphone reserves the rights to reuse/re-sell/recycle of the permanently de-activated connections.
The list of such prepaid and postpaid connections, which will be permanently de-activated as mentioned above, is available in the website of Grameenphone, Grameenphone Customer Care Centers and in the website of BTRC.

9 Taka Voice Scratch Card
This is to inform all valued Grameenphone prepaid customers that, customers will get 15 minutes to any local number from every 9 Taka Voice Scratch Card, validity: 12 hours.
- GP Prepaid (excluding ERS, BPO, MyPlan & Prepaid to postpaid migrated customer) are eligible for this offer
- The minutes purchased can be used for any local operator
- "Any local number" denotes domestic network calls only (GP-GP, GP-Other Mobile Operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls
- At the end of the validity period, if a customer has any remaining minutes, it will be forfeited. However, if a customer re-purchases similar minute packs within the validity period, the minutes will be added and the higher validity will be given
- To know remaining minutes and validity, dial *121*1*2#
- To recharge the card, dial *555*Hidden number#
- After the expiry date, the card cannot be used for recharge. This date is printed on the scratch card
- This offer is not applicable for Skitto users
- The price is inclusive of SD, VAT and SC
