Grameenphone Ltd., the largest telecommunications service provider in the country, has opened a Grameenphone Center in Sylhet today (May 20, 2007), to provide a “one stop solution” for all customers, with all telecommunications products and services, under a single roof.
Bidyut Kumar Basu, Head of Regions of Grameenphone inaugurated the Grameenphone Center. Md. Aulad Hossain, Head of Sylhet Region, Md. Anwar Hossain, Head of GPC Operations and other senior officials of Grameenphone were present on the occasion.
The center is located at Dewan Mansion, Airport Road, Ambar Khana, Sylhet. More such centers will be opened gradually in other places around the country.
Grameenphone Centers are designed to increase customer satisfaction by integrating sales and after-sales services in an open, friendly and comfortable environment.
In addition to handling all customer service inquires, the Grameenphone Centers will be positioned as GP's flagship sales channel selling all GP products and services and also attractively priced handsets with the best warranty and after-sales service.
The primary objective of the Grameenphone Centers is to ensure a secure and credible shopping experience for the customer and enhance customer experience and ensure genuine products at competitive prices.
Grameenphone will also maintain strong partnerships with the major handset vendors to ensure attractive prices for the customers visiting Grameenphone Centers. The handsets will have warranties and the Grameenphone Centers will also provide after-sales service for the handsets.
The Grameenphone Centers will also provide an interactive experience to the customers where they can touch, feel and test handsets, and also test and experience new Grameenphone services by our competent and experienced staff.
Integrating all sales and service functions into one center will make it even more convenient for the customers to contact Grameenphone. By focusing on enhanced service level and innovative international-standard design, the Grameenphone Centers will set a new standard for sales and service environment in the Bangladeshi market.
