Grameenphone has been directed by BTRC to immediately suspend ‘Wickr’ and ‘Threema’ messaging services on its network. No timeline for when these services can be resumed has been provided. Any customer inconvenience caused due to this suspension is deeply regretted. We will take immediate steps to reinstate the service if and when we receive the instructions to do so from BTRC.
