Your National ID Number (NID)

Customer’s Finger print and NID number (which was used to buy the SIM) is mandatory for MNP service
New KIT for MNP will be activated only at between 9:00 AM to 11:00PM except Friday, Saturday and Public / Govt holiday.
Customer should not have any due (postpaid), emergency balance or any other contractual obligation
