Due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption
This is to inform all Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following Grameenphone services from 02:00 am to 04:00 am on 5 April, 2020.
1. All kinds of service activation and deactivation (voice and data pack, Campaign pack, Flexiplan, MCA, FnF, Offer subscription, webflexi recharge, employee flexi service, roaming pack etc.) will be unavailable through MyGP, USSD, SMS, GPWebsite, EasyNet, Flexi, NDNC, Facebook, Bioscope, Tonic, GPAY channel.
2. SIM activation and deactivation service will be available.
3. All kinds of service query (All type of MyGP query service, Prepaid details, flexi balance, CMP Campaign Detail, MFS balance querylist, FnF, MCA, biometric status, CBVMP Biometric information, roaming pack, bioscope offer, flexiprice, 4G status etc.) will be unavailable through MyGP, USSD, SMS channel.
