Prepaid and postpaid customers may experience temporary service interruption
This is to inform all the valued Grameenphone customers that, due to technical up-gradation work, prepaid and postpaid customers may experience temporary service interruption from 13th November 2018, 11:59 PM to 14th Oct 2 PM 2018. During this period, postpaid customers may face difficulties while checking balance information, payment information, new SIM activation, SIM replacement, roaming service activation, tonic package activation, prepaid to postpaid migration etc. Prepaid subscribers may face SIM replacement and reconnection problems.
