Temporary Service Interruption

This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (Both 017 & 013 Series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following Grameenphone services on 11:59 pm 05 November, 2019 to 08:00 am 6 November, 2019.

Unavailable Services

  • During the mentioned time, customers cannot Start/Stop 66 social, International Roaming, Enterprise and Biometric Packs. Customers trying to do so will receive a regret SMS.
  • +880179, +88019, +88018, +88014, +88015, +88016, series customers in roaming with TravelSure Internet Limit (Pack R1, R2, R3 & R4) will be unable to browse the Internet during the mentioned time.
