This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (Both 017 & 013 Series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following Grameenphone services on 10th, 11th & 14th of July, 2019 from 1:00 am to 6:30 am.

  1. All types of SIM activation, reconnection and replacement.
  2. Internet Pack, Social pack, Missed Call Alert, FnF, Callblock, Voice Pack activation and deactivation.

Pre2Post Migration through all channels (MyGP, Wowbox, Easynet, Flexiplan, GP Website, SMS, USSD, GPAY, IVR).    

11th July

(1:00 am-6:30 am)

14th July

(1:00 am-6:30 am)

  1. All types of SIM activation, reconnection and replacement.
  2. Internet Pack, Social pack, Missed Call Alert, FnF, Callblock, Voice Pack activation and deactivation.

In addition, during the mentioned date & time, SMS notification service will be unavailable and customers will also experience delayed SMS communication for auto renewal service.
