Regarding temporary service interruption
This is to inform all the valued Grameenphone customers that, due to technical up-gradation work, customers may experience some temporary service interruption from 12th March 2019, 11:59 PM to 13th March 06:00 AM 2019. During this period, customers might face difficulties on Pack purchase, Emergency Balance, Service modification, Postpaid payment update, Balance information, new SIM activation, SIM replacement, Roaming service / Bundle modification, Tonic package, Prepaid to Postpaid migration, flexi plan etc. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
