Bundle Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Model-Specific Offers:

   • Bundle offers are applicable only to specific device models.

      

2. Eligibility:

   • All new and existing prepaid and postpaid products are eligible for the campaign.

      

3. Internet & Minute Pack Policies:

   • The terms and conditions of internet and minute packs will follow GP s existing policy.

      

4. Tagging Rules:

   • If the same user attempts multiple tagging, only the first tagging will be considered for campaign benefits as per the campaign modality.

      

5. Valid Devices Only:

   • Only valid and eligible devices with verified IMEI numbers will qualify for the bundle offer.

      

6. Authorized Handsets:

   • The offer applies exclusively to handsets verified by the Device Vendor or Authorized Distributor.

      

   • Any disputes regarding handset authenticity will be handled by the Device Vendor or Authorized Distributor.

      

7. Service and Support:

   • For phone servicing, customers must visit the respective device s service center.

8. Confirmation and Activation:

   • Customers will receive a confirmation SMS for valid tagging and for the 99 Taka and 298 Taka bundle opt-in process.

      

9. 4G Usage Requirements:

• To use 4G services, customers must have:

   

  • A 4G-enabled SIM card.

     

  • A 4G handset.

     

  • Be within a 4G coverage area.

     

1. Post-Expiration Charges:

    

• After the internet pack expires (either volume or validity), the maximum PayGO charge will be 6.6625 Taka (inclusive of VAT, SD, and SC).

   

11. Inactive or New SIM Activation:

     

• For inactive SIM cards or new SIMs, customers must:

• Activate the SIM number first.

   

Insert the activated number into the newly purchased handset for valid tagging.
