Customers can make payment through Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay order in favor of Grameenphone Limited in below banks. In addition, postpaid customers can also pay bill through Account to Account transfer/ Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) process without going to the bank branches depending on banks infrastructure.

Customers, who want to pay the mobile bill through bank, are cordially requested to use either Standard Chartered Bank or The City Bank Ltd bank account.

At present Bill payment through 'ATM' card can be made at ATM booth of The City Bank & Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. To avail this service customers must have bank account, ATM card & prior registration with bank (if applicable by bank).
Auto bill pay:
Grameenphone makes bill payments absolutely friendly for the postpaid customers. To avail auto bill pay service, a customer needs to sign in a form and Grameenphone will take care of collecting mobile bills and update the billing information accordingly. Thus, customers will get hassle free uninterrupted service. VISA, Master & American Express credit card can be used to provide the instruction. Customers have to submit filled documents to the nearest GPC to avail auto bill pay service. Moreover, subscribers who want to avail the service using Standard Chartered & Lanka Bangla credit/debit card has to visit respective bank/institution branches for necessary enrollment.

Charge as the usage amount exceeds BDT 1000 for local payment.
Charge as usage exceeds given percentage of credit limit. (Within 10-100%)
Charge after billing date.
Features of Auto Bill Pay:
Bills will be collected from customer’s card through the auto bill pay system.
Customers (card holder) need to sign the auto bill pay authorization.
Bills will be collected as & when required and as per credit policy of Grameenphone.
Auto Bill Pay Registration Process:
To avail the auto bill pay facility, Customer must submit signed hard copy (only signed by card holder/account holder) of documents at Grameenphone Center.
Customer must send filled form (scan copy) with both side card copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy).
Customers can get the form from GPC or download it from below link.
Card photocopy is mandatory.
After successful registration, customer’s bills will be collected automatically from enrolled card.
To update via email in case of emergency customer must send filled GP copy, Bank copy, terms & condition page & card both side copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy) toservice@grameenphone.comand ensure submission of hard copy at nearest GPC as early as possible.
A customer has to apply in written format to deactivate the facility at the nearest Grameenphone center.

Customers can make payment through Internet only when customers will have bank account & prior registration with bank to avail this service. This service requires prior registration with bank and depends on bank infrastructure.
Electronic Recharge system (Flexiload)
Postpaid customers can make payment through electronic recharge via Grameenphone Flexiload points countrywide.
Scratch Card:
Postpaid customers can make payment through Scratch Card countrywide.

2. Foreign Currency Account:
International Roaming customers can pay IR bill via Foreign currency demand draft (FDD) through FC account that opened and maintained under Bangladesh Bank’s “GUIDELINES FOR FOREGN EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS”, Volume-1, Chapter-13, Section-1, clause 1 (i) & 4 or Chapter-14, Section-1, clause-1. Customer should ensure a certification from his bank to confirm the account status as per above mentioned clause. We are requesting to all of our valued customers to send an excel sheet containing mobile number wise payment amount break down and bank advice copy or deposit slip via email to bcr@grameenphone.com.
