Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is a service through which you can switch from the current mobile operator to Grameenphone Network while Mobile number
will remain unchanged. Based on your order, our dedicated Delivery Team will reach to you at your door step (Currently available for DHAKA, CHITTAGONG,
SYLHET & KHULNA METROPOLITAN CITY areas) to ensure your MNP request faster, easier and convenient like never before!

Your National ID Number (NID)

  • Customer’s Finger print and NID number (which was used to buy the SIM) is mandatory for MNP service
  • New KIT for MNP will be activated only at between 9:00 AM to 11:00PM except Friday, Saturday and Public / Govt holiday.
  •  Customer should not have any  due (postpaid), emergency balance or any other contractual obligation
